Performance reports are prepared by certified assessors who carefully review participants' responses and compare them to standardized rating scales. The e-Simulator^TM experience concludes with a one-on-one coaching call, during which a trained facilitator provides feedback, explains the report and jumpstarts the participant's development plan. Our unique 100-Day Development Challenge ensures that the participant walks away with actionable steps.

For better results, we also offer the following on-site or virtual workshops:

 

1. Group Debrief that focuses on in-depth analysis of simulation events, understanding of the report, and crafting the 100-day development plan.
