The e-Simulator SuiteTM evaluates key competencies through a realistic, interactive virtual simulation that creates focused development plans for level-appropriate leadership skills. These "3-hours in the life" simulations are a power tool for leadership and executive assessment and development. Performance reports are prepared by certified assessors who carefully review participants' responses and compare them to standardized rating scales. The e-SimulatorTM experience concludes with a one-on-one coaching call, during which a trained facilitator provides feedback, explains the report and jumpstarts the participant's development plan. Our unique 100-Day Development Challenge ensures that the participant walks away with actionable steps.
For better results, we also offer the following on-site or virtual workshops:
1. Group Debrief that focuses on in-depth analysis of simulation events, understanding of the report, and crafting the 100-day development plan.
2. Manager Orientation for participants' immediate supervisors that focuses on feedback-giving, development planning, and stretch assignments that are aligned with participants' strengths and development needs.

“I’ve experienced the Management e-SimulatorTM as both a participant and a feedback provider. The simulation presents challenging scenarios that assess the most important leadership competencies, particularly for new or first-level managers.
